Thera-coaching is a combination of specific tools from psychotherapy and life coaching to help
clients achieve the desired results.
Therapy aspects in the session focus on “Why” certain behavioural patterns occur and coaching
focuses on “How” a client can be helped, to achieve the results desired.

You cannot change your past or circumstances, but you get to change what it means to you
now. And what it means going forward.
Thera-coaching is for people who are ready to make changes and get unstuck from their circumstances. From time to time life can feel pretty stressful and difficult to manage.
Can you relate? Moments when you wish there was someone you can seek out for advice and guidance about a particular stumbling block. Times when you feel a little or a lot out of depthand need help with teasing out the situation and finding a pathway to hope and validation.
Someone to help you think constructively, more beneficial and purposeful. When enough stress hits, our communications and relationships will suffer. If my words echo with your story then please reach out.

Coming to Thera-coaching and chatting with me does not guarantee change. Human resists change. Part of the brain - the amygdala - interprets change as a threat and releases the hormones for fear, fight, or flight. It is very normal for our brain to question everything. It’s to be expected.
Managing your thoughts is crucial to living the life you want. I can be on the journey with you to help you critically reflect on your situation, whether at a mild or crisis point. However, only you can move towards the person you want to become.
Please think of me as a passenger in the car with you, and you are the driver. I provide the map, guiding you through the various routes to get to your destination.
However, you are the one doing the driving, and you are the one who gets to choose the path that best keeps you align with your values in life.
We are not biologically wired to figure out our inner world/self-stuff on our own.
It would be best to reach out for help in working through this difficult period for your mental and emotional well-being.

Sessions are 60-70 minutes, with specific desired behavioural outcomes in mind. I conduct my sessions via Skype, Zoom, or the phone.
